Additional TV Upgrade/DVR Loss Information
We have some fantastic upgrades on the horizon for our television service, including a new streaming service! But to prepare for progress, an upgrade to improve the future functionality and flexibility of Co-Mo Connect’s television service will have to be made. Unfortunately, this upgrade will result in the complete loss of your DVR recordings and scheduled recordings after Oct. 1. Now is the perfect time to watch those recordings! HOW WILL I KNOW IT’S SAFE TO START RECORDING/SET RECORDINGS AGAIN ON OR AFTER OCT. 1?
The text of the Co-Mo Connect logo on the TV startup screen, TV Menu screen, and TV guide screen will be white instead of its current blue. Once the text on the Co-Mo Connect logo is white, subscribers will know that it is safe to begin recording again.
