Additional TV Upgrade/DVR Loss Information

We have some fantastic upgrades on the horizon for our television service, including a new streaming TV service that will improve the future functionality and flexibility of Co-Mo Connect’s TV service! But to prepare for progress, a maintenance upgrade to set the table for this future streaming service will have to be made. Unfortunately, this upgrade will result in the complete loss of your DVR recordings and scheduled recordings between Oct. 1-31. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IT’S SAFE TO START RECORDING/SET RECORDINGS AGAIN BETWEEN OCT. 1-31?
The text of the Co-Mo Connect logo on the TV startup screen, TV Menu screen, and TV guide screen will be white instead of its current blue. Once the text on the Co-Mo Connect logo is white, subscribers will know that it is safe to begin recording again.

NOTE: After the upgrade, you will not notice any overwhelming differences in your TV service features at this time. This update is only to prepare for the future of television services at Co-Mo in the form of a new streaming service coming soon!
