Quick Update About the
Postcard You Received

Hi Lohman! We made a mistake. You may have recently received a Co-Mo Connect postcard featuring our internet mascot, Chip Thunder, dressed as a leprechaun on the front. The card offered FREE installation and a FREE month of service.

That postcard was mailed to the Lohman construction area by mistake. We apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

That’s why, when you tried to sign up for service, you received an ineligible message stating that service was not available. You will still be eligible in the very near future, just not yet.

Fiber construction is still underway, and internet service is not yet active in either the North Lohman or South Lohman construction zones.

When construction is completed and service is ready, we will notify Lohman residents in both construction zones through:

* Alerts through our Email and Text Information Lists (tell your family and friends!)
* A Lohman-specific launch postcard
* Updates on Co-Mo Connect social media featuring the Lohman Area
* Our construction information website, which will include instructions on how to place an order once service is active

That means not only will you get Co-Mo Connect internet service, but the offer you received by postcard will also be valid when you sign up. When service becomes available in the late April–May time frame, we will honor the FREE installation and FREE month promotion for anyone who received the postcard.

We appreciate your patience while we finish building the network and look forward to bringing Better. Faster. Friendlier Internet. to Lohman very soon.

Construction equipment may be staged in your area to accomplish this fiber construction.
