WHO CAN ENTER: You can enter to win an 8th Generation iPad, a $200 Gift Card, $100 Gift card or $10 Gift Card until January 4, 2021!  The Santa’s Gift Bag Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS IN THE ACTIVE CO-MO CONNECT SERVICE AREA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND PURCHASE DOES NOT ENHANCE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of CO-MO CONNECT (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local law.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 6:30 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on December 17, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 3, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, visit http://www.co-mo.net/santasgiftbag/ (“Website”) which will take you to the Sweepstakes entry form and home page (“Sweepstakes Home Page”). For the website form, entrants must completely fill out the information requested on the entry form and then click “ENTER”. Entry forms require your first and last name, email address and phone number. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address via the online entry form. Additional entries can be obtained by interaction with designated Facebook posts at the Sponsor’s Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/CoMoConnect/

PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: One grand prize winner will receive one (1) 8th Generation iPad. One first prize winner will receive one (1) a $200 Amazon gift card. Two (2) second prize winners will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Twenty five (25) consolation prize winners will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize, or prize component, of comparable value. Any depiction of the prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not identified as included in the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION: Potential winner(s) will be determined on or about January 4, 2021 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone/or social media and must respond to said notification with 5 business days of date of notification. Failure to respond to notification within the specified time period, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in the prize will being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. Potential winner(s) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. If potential winner(s) is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

GENERAL: Entrants agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, and agents and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, delayed or destroyed entries; or for any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Website, or any combination thereof or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize(s) or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing the Sweepstakes, downloading any material for the Sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate. Released Parties may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor or its representatives and void all associated entries. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prize(s) using all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such action. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
