FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I find out more about Co-Mo’s pricing/information for Internet, TV, and Phone services?
A: Visit CoMoConnect.com for more information about available services and pricing.

Q: Should I sign up for service on CoMoConnect.com now?
A: If you are in an active phase, yes! Order service TODAY at UltraFastInternet.com! If your area is still under construction, please do not sign up for service until construction is completed and services are active in your phase.

Q: How will I know when I should sign up for service?
A: When construction is completed in each phase of the Warsaw build, potential subscribers will receive a notification e-mail and/or a postcard from Co-Mo Connect informing Warsaw residents that they are eligible for service. After receiving this notification, you can order services at UltraFastInternet.com. A Co-Mo representative will then call you to collect the discounted new build installation fee ($100) and schedule the installation.

Q: I saw Co-Mo construction trucks in the area. Does this mean services will be active soon?
A: Seeing construction trucks in your area is just the first step of many before our award-winning, ultra-fast fiber internet services can be available in your area. Please refer to the construction timelines above for an estimate of when services will be available in your area.

Q: How will fiber lines be built inside the city?
A: Fiber lines will be buried underground along the city’s right of way.
